Emma Carr is a Huntsville-based artist who loves capturing the little moments of wonder found in nature. Her originals balance realism and abstraction, combining structured and organic elements to tell stories through color and texture. Each painting is built through a carefully developed layering process, with every layer adding depth and subtle detail. Her work encourages viewers to pause, explore, and connect with the hidden textures in each piece. When clients see the painting that belongs to them, they are often drawn to a single element that seems to call them to stay awhile. Through her art, Emma hopes to share joy, inspire creativity, and bring more beauty into everyday life.

Emma began creating at a young age, starting her art journey at just fourteen by selling paintings on her mom’s social media. Originally from Madison, Mississippi, she grew up in a creative family - her grandmother, a watercolor artist, always kept hummingbird feeders outside her courtyard window, attracting hundreds of birds each year. Those early experiences shaped Emma’s love for capturing the little wonders of nature and continue to inspire her work today. Over time, she built a devoted community of collectors across the country, and in 2023, she officially launched her business and began painting full time.
